Tropical Cake

This recipe comes from Pam’s aunt, Elaine Wilkin

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
1 small package vanilla instant pudding
20 oz can crushed pineapple
9 oz Cool Whip

Directions

1. Mix the following:
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs

2. Add 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained. Mix well.

3. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan.

4. Bake at least 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Will be moist when done, but should be firm.

5. Let it cool, and then add frosting.

6. Refrigerate for a while.

Frosting
1 small package vanilla instant pudding
20 oz can crushed pineapple
9 oz Cool Whip

Mix pudding and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip.
