Ingredients
Corn tortilla chips
1 can Hormel Chili with Beans
Shreddy colby or monterey jack cheese
Optional:
Fresh cilantro
Chopped tomatoes
chopped red or white onion
sliced, chopped olives
thinly sliced chilies

Preparation

  1. Preheat over to 375.
  2. Arrange a single layer of chips on a platter or baking sheet.
  3. Top with spoonfuls of chili, cheese, and other chosen ingredients.
  4. Add a layer of chips and repeat until everything is used.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
